Extremely Rare and Important Sabbatean (Sabbatian) Kabbalistic Torah Scroll on Parchment, Poland, Circa 1750, Judaica.
Square Ashkenazi script (Bet Yosef).
Tagin on the letters ????? ?"? and on the letters ??? ??"?.
Flourished tagin on the letters shin-zade-nun-ain in many places.
Wawe amudim.
Petuchot and setumot according to Rambam and Rosh.

Flourished tagin are placed on distinguished letters - on Shin-Tzadik-Nun-Ain.
These letters are the initials of the Hebrew names of Shabatay Zvi (1626-1676) and Nathan of Gaza (1643-1680).
This scroll belonged to Sabbatians Cabbalistic circles. The type of writing and the parchments indicate that it was written in central Europe (probably Poland) in the in the middle of the 18 century.
Very rare and important one of a kind scroll.

Text height: 42.5cm.

Condition: Very good, some cracked and erased letters, not Kosher for Synagogue reading.
