Rare Silver Hanukkah Lamp Menorah, J.D. Schleissner & Sohne, Hanau, Germany, Early 20th Century, Judaica.The backplate is beautifully made with the Tables of The Decalogue at its center, two pillars topped with two lions flanking a Torah Crown, floral and foliage ornaments on a quilted background.
Base with eight detachable oil fonts, each with a wick tube descending towards a common oil container, each oil font is topped with a spike to enable the use of candles as well.Detachable Shamosh (servant light) also made to allow the usage of both oil and candle.Marked.
